职位描述：
工作职责：
1、负责全线软件产品的QA工作；
2、管理QA交付成果；
3、安排测试计划；编写测试用例；执行手动测试/自动化测试；熟悉单元测试、功能测试、集成测试、系统测试以及性能测试；
4、在QF-Test上编写和管理自动化功能测试脚本。
5、与传统团队不同的是，在需求分析阶段，测试人员便会介入，在团队中和产品经理、开发人员紧密合作。
资格要求：
1、计算机或相关专业本科学历，并有4年以上测试或者相关工作经验，我们也欢迎敢于挑战自我的应届毕业生
2、有编写测试策略、测试计划已经测试用例的经验
3、有使用QF-Test创建和管理自动化测试脚本的经验
4、有测试Java平台下分层Web应用的经验
5、良好的英语书写能力，流利口语更佳
6、善于学习并具有较强的问题解决能力

Responsibility:
1. Responsible for creating and managing all QA deliverables for projects;
2. Producing test plans and test cases for multiple projects;
3. Performing manual/automated testing; performing Unit, Functional, Integration, System and Performance testing;
4. Creating and managing automated functional testing scripts on QF-Test for testing.
5. We will do things differently here, getting our testers working closely with our developers and product manager, right from the requirements gathering stage.
Qualification:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field plus 4 years of progressive experience in the position offered or in an equivalent position.
2. Experience developing test strategies, test plans and test cases.
3. Experience creating and managing automated functional testing scripts on QF-Test for testing.
4. Experience testing multi-tier web-based applications on Java platforms.
5. Good English written (documentation) and if you speak good English, this will very much help get more chances to work globally.
