职位描述：
职位描述﹕
- 以专业﹑规范程序协助银行处理信用卡逾期帐款。
- 通过电话﹑外访、信函等方式与相关客户沟通，督促客户及时还款。

职位要求：
- 有信用卡账款催收﹑电话营销﹑客户服务、保险等行业相关经验优先。
- 流利普通话；良好的沟通﹑协调能力。
- 积极进取﹐讲求团队精神﹐适应高效﹑追求业绩的工作环境。
- 熟悉办公计算机操作，中文输入40字/分钟。
