职位描述：
? Responsible to implement Commodity Supplier Quality Strategy
? Responsible to deployment of Component Quality Planning (CQP) at assigned suppliers
? Responsible to launch Supplier Process Audit for Supplier selection at assigned suppliers
? Responsible to lead all necessary tasks of the Component Quality Planning including PPAP
? Responsible to lead the resolution of customer claims from field (C0) of 0km issue with merchandise goods (C1M) with QR6s methodology on root cause analysis at suppliers
? Responsible to validates Lesson Learn (QR6s) at supplier's location in claims handling process
? Responsible to plan and perform Supplier Annual Audit according Supplier Process Audit procedure on assigned Supplier
? Responsible to launch Supplier Process Improvement Process (SPIP) at assigned suppliers to improve supplier performance
? Responsible to drive Top Worst Supplier (TWS) program at assigned suppliers to improve supplier performance
? Responsible in AOP process for Quality performance analysis and improvement action identification by supplier
? To contribute with supplier process improvement or material technical productivities in Cost Reduction Project(CRP)
? Ensure closing Quality Assurance Agreement (QAA) for all assigned suppliers in cooperation with Commodity Buyers
? Drive sustainable Quality performance improvement for zero defects at assigned suppliers
? Comply with WABCO and Sourcing & Purchasing rules and policies
? Improve processes in collaboration with S&P Business Improvement Team 举报 分享
