岗位职责:
1. Be responsible for providing full recruiting service to departments at headquarter and global regions including job analyze, sourcing and screening candidates;
2. Coordinate recruiting and hiring process at the Headquarter and conduct tele-interview and face-2-face interview for candidates;
3. Optimize recruitment network and hands on directly sourcing from intranet, headhunters, LinkedIn or other social media channels;
4. Keep effective communication channels to interact with hiring managers to ensure they are up-to-date on recruiting activities/process.
5. Participate in recruiting projects including campus recruiting activities, process standardization;
6. Generate report for recruiting update accurately and timely;
任职要求:
1. Bachelor degree and above, Human Resources Management and English major;
2. At least 3 years recruiting experience with solid knowledge and practice experience in recruiting, prior experience working as headhunter is desired;
3. Excellent communication skills in English, TEM-8 Certificate is a plus.
4. Able to conduct interview independently and follow up complete recruiting procedure;
5. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to take great pressure;
6. Overseas study or MNC working experience is preferred.
