职位描述：
Role/角色:
1. Responsible for closing reporting and tax activities under the supervision of Accounting team leader.
2. Work closely with local finance team,in consistency of corporate goals and standards.
3. Assist in ensuring the compliance of regulatory/statutory and internal control requirement.
4. Ensure the integrity of the financial records, reports, and processes.
5. Provide timely accounting reports to the management team to allow for prudent business action.
6. Proactive in learning and using new technologies at work.
Accountabilities/主要职责
1. Prepare GL journal entries.
2. In charge of monthly closing, including issuing monthly invoice to interco entities, reconcile business data in the ERP system with finance data.
3. Produce monthly bank reconciliation report.
4.Prepare financial statements and analyse financial results on a monthly basis.
5. Prepare cash pool report and consolidated for interco entities.
6. Responsible for profit center /cost center controlling
7. Provide comments or explanations on variances, product line margins or profit to management.
8. Monitor the quality of operation data input to ensure a more accurate profit result
9. Support the internal/ external auditing
10. Handle fixed assets related book keeping.

Key skills/ Critical experience关键技能/经验标准
- 'Bachelor degree of Accounting or Economics
- 1+ years of GL accountant working experience, BPO or SSC experience preferred
- 'Mandarin, General English reading and writing
- Good inter-personal and communications skills
- 'Good time management skills;
- Able to quickly address problems;
- Raise issues on time.
- 'Highly respect deadline
