职位描述：
【工作职责】
1、进场前熟悉工程的质量、进度、安全等各项目标；
2、对项目的施工过程中的质量、进度、安全进行全面的目标控制；、
3、确保现场的文明施工；
4、进行项目的基本成本核算和考核；
5、做好各签证方面的协议和合同全过程管理；
6、做好项目各方的协调工作；
7、对项目部全体人员实行管理、协调以及考核。
8、协助公司跟进工程进度款。

【任职要求】
1、具有2年及以上施工现场项目管理经验，工程类相关专业大专及以上，持有建造师证书，注册证书优先；
2、熟悉工程项目过程中质量验收规范、施工工艺要求、施工资料汇编；
3、了解各项工程检验质量参数，熟悉各种工种施工要领，有较强的现场施工管理经验；
4、熟悉安全生产管理和现场应急情况的处理；
5、对成本控制有一定的管理能力；良好的沟通、协调、执行能力；
6、能够独立完成施工组织设计及施工方案；
7、因工作需要驻外，英语听说读写能力良好者优先。
