Job Description
logistics
Systematic manage logistics service provider like warehouses, deliver suppliers and IMP/EXP agents, includes HS code classification, certificate or documents prepare, cost control, reconciliation, suppliers’ evaluation, etc.
Sourcing
Support sourcing people to coordinate the whole purchase process, including PO issue, PO tracking, reconciliation, etc.
System update
Update related data in ERP sys and report system
Support on other works and other tasks from superior
Requirements & Qualifications
Education Background: College degree or above, prefer Engineering or IMP/EXP trade major
Skills ( Language/Computer): Can communicate in English/ Good at office Software: MS Office, Internet, outlook, ERP system
Working Experiences: have relevant work experience, prefer to have experience in foreign company
Personalities: Open, mature, easygoing, optimistic, responsible, trust worthy.
