? Essential Job Functions and Accountabilities主要工作内容及职责:
1. Provide high-quality services according to service manager assignments to customers, including on-site and remote support etc.
按照服务经理分派的工作向客户提供高品质的服务，包括现场及电话支持等。
2. Promote maintenance contracts and other services products.
推广保养合同及其他服务产品。
3. Keep good relationship with served customers.
与接受过服务的客户保持良好的关系。
4. Other works assigned by service manager.
其他服务经理指派的工作。
 
? Educational and Experience Qualification教育及经验要求:
1. Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical & Electronic Engineering, physical science, chemical engineering or related discipline.
机械电子、物理科学、化学工程或相关专业学士或以上学位。
2. Minimum 2 years analytical instrumentation service working experience.
拥有2年以上分析仪器售后服务工作经验。
3. Fluent written and verbal English language skills.
流利的英语书写及口头表达能力。
4. Good customer communication skills, and strong teamwork awareness.
良好的客户沟通技巧,以及杰出的团队协作意识。
5. Frequent business travel acceptable.
