Position Title: TJVs_ Internal Communication Manager(20911BR)
Position Description
Under the new organization of Volvo Group, Volvo Group Truck JVs is going to serve as an important role for the Group business in China and India. A communication function need to be put in place urgently to ensure the establishment and success of TJVs. Internal communication is part of the communication team of TJVs. Internal communications manager see employees as their prime audience and work to keep them updated on all the company's happenings.
Required Competencies
? Develop and maintain an internal communications program that pinpoints a company's strategic messages and effectively deliver those messages
? Company intranet set up, development and maintenance as webmaster & information provider
? Company profiles, presentation, newsletter, announcement etc. development & distribution
? Solid English writing, editing, web skills
? Strong people skills and the ability to communicate with employees at all levels in the organization.
? Exceptional computer skills and have experience in programs such as Microsoft Office and InDesign.
? Native English speaking proffered
Minimum Years of Experience Required
? At least three years of experience in internal communications, media or PR.
? Solid experience using multiple communications platforms, including digital, print and events.
Minimum Education Required
? Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, public relations, media/journalist or a related field
