雪佛龙（中国）投资有限公司广州分公司现在广州地区诚聘以下职位：

Job Responsibility:

• Review payment request against finance and compliance policy, prepare entry in the system and initiate payment in bank system
• Book collections from customer twice a day
• Prepare monthly tax filing for CCIC Guangzhou correctly and timely
• Make sure all VAT invoice has been issued in current month, and ensure all VAT input credit has been obtained on a timely basis
• Check billing from SAP and work with team member to ensure the billing is generate correctly and timely
• Be responsible for intercompany accounts for CCIC Guangzhou
• Perform Invoice receipt action in system to clear GR/IR
• Prepare quarterly account reconciliation & open item follow-up
• Assist Accounting Manager to roll-out optimization initiatives in China
• Acting as the back-up for CCIC Chengdu Finance
• Provide proactive support to operation team
• Support annual audit in addition to preparing the necessary audit schedules
• Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Accounting Manager

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor degree or above in Accounting or Finance
• SAP experience is a must
• US GAAP experience is a plus
• 3-4 years work experience is a minimum
• Self-starter and team player, able to prioritize and manage multi tasks
• Sound problem solving skills that can handle complexities within deadlines
• Good command of both oral and written English
• Excellent communication skills
