Job Summary

Acting as a resource to internal and external customers in resolving HR transactions and requests in the areas of pay, benefits, staffing and general human resources, the position provides sound interpretation and application of HR policies applying a broad base of human resources knowledge, judgement and initiative; process HR transactions, interacting with various departments to resolve human resource concerns.




Responsibility

· Process a high volume of HR transactions/changes in a timely and accurate manner;

· Work with BU hiring manager to work for HC planning, new hire recruitment and talent management;

· HR analysis to enhance the operational excellence and productivity

· Processing the staff movement and employee relation matter in accordance with labor regulation

· Contact window with HR Service center and FESCO for supervising payroll, C&B, HR Technology related issue

· Ad hoc HR related project and program cross region and function

· Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein




Knowledge

· A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Statistics or any related field

· With at least 5 years of experience as a generalist, providing support to all facets of Human Resources

· Knowledge of laws affecting human resources administration.
