职位描述：
1. Job description of a site manager in summary

The site manager is responsible for co-ordination and completion of the project installation and commissioning at customer site. He works closely with the installation supervisor from GCH, and works closely with project manager from GCH and GJA. He is able to follow up installation and commissioning management according to project manager’s guide line.


2. Main detailed Job description

- co-ordination and completion of the project installation and commissioning
- Managing installation team on job site
- Mechanical and electrical installation supervision
- Holds regular status meetings with the parties involved at installation site
- Organization of the resources used at the installation plant (tooling, parts etc.)
- Daily report and weekly report to the project manager at GCH and GJA about installation and commissioning
- Communicator between customer and the project manager at GCH and GJA
- Update installation schedule according to site situation
- Responsible for installation/commissioning target and milestone according to project manager’s guide line
- Being involved into pushing and getting final acceptance protocol signed with customers
