职位描述：
A. Responsibility
1.The candidate needs to have experience with ITIL, project and program management for complex services, as well as strong technical, networking infrastructure and deployment background;
2.Focus on Deployment/Infrastructure Management;
3.Asset Management
a. Enter approved equipment acquisition
i. Act as deployment program manager for Assess Purchase Projects;
ii. Coordinate the project activities with participating groups;
1. Data center site services;
2. Networking
3. Procurement
4. Product group
5. Ops SE and DBA
b. Manage asset life cycle
i. Extend warranty on items over 3 years old (when manufacturer warranty expires)
ii. Plan end of life replacement equipment
iii.
2. Configuration management
a. Oversee infrastructure configuration
i. VLANS
ii. Server SKUs selection

3. Infrastructure technology planning
a. Examples
i. Identify appropriate use of DAS and SAN technology
ii. Identify appropriate use of server virtualization technology
4. Deployment
. Act as primary ops program management to facilitate and support successful deployment of major, minor and qfe releases
- Incident Management
1.Drive Post-mortem, RCA (Root Cause Analysis) with product teams;
2.Determine volume driver, analysis and drive to decrease incidents, optimize response and efficiency;
3.Learn the hardware infrastructure and requirements;
4.Understand hardware and infrastructure budgeting.


B. Qualification
Technical Qualifications include:
1.4-6 years’ experience managing simple and complex projects;
2.4-6 years’ experience working in large scale internet facing technologies;
3.3-4 years’ experience with monitoring (using performance counters, monitoring tool);
4.Strong understanding of Internet protocol and how it works;
5.Troubleshoot and configure networking, and TCP/IP based applications;
6.Good understanding and hands on experience with MS SQL;
7.Personal interest in internet technologies and databases;
8.Ability to identify critical failures and customer impacting incidents, and quickly follow emergency procedures;
9.Ability to work independently to drive issues, as well as collaborating with the team when necessary;
10.Must be able to follow through issues until it is fully resolved or perform a clean and clear hand over in case of escalation;
11.English - Speaking/reading/writing.
