职位描述：
岗位职责
1、制订公司内部财务、会计制度和工作程序，经批准后组织实施并监督执行负责记好行政方面的财务总帐及各种明细帐目。
2、负责编制月、季、年终决算和其他方面有关报表。
3、协助经理编制并执行全院预算。
4、认真审核原始凭证，对违反规定或不合格的凭证应拒绝入帐。要严格掌握开支范围和开支标准。
5、定期核对固定资产帐目，作到帐物相符。
6、上级财务机关检查工作时，要负责提供资料和反映情况。
7、每月书面向经理汇报财务情况，当好经理参谋，发挥财务监督作用。
8、定期装订会计凭证、帐簿、表册等，妥善保管和存档。会计档案由会计人员保管
9、协助出纳作好工资、奖金的发放工作。
10、负责掌管财务印章，严格控制支票的签发。
11、按期填报审计报表，认真自查，按时报送会计资料。
12、加强安全防范意识和安全防范措施，严格执行财务管理方面的安全制度，确保不出安全问题。
 
任职资格：
1、会计相关专业，
2、3年以上工作经验，有一般纳税人企业工作经验者优先；
3、认真细致，爱岗敬业，吃苦耐劳，有良好的职业操守；
4、思维敏捷，接受能力强，能独立思考，善于总结工作经验；
5、熟练应用财务及Office办公软件，对金蝶、用友等财务系统有实际操作者优先；
6、具有良好的沟通能力；
7、有会计从业资格证书，同时具备会计初级资格证者优先考虑。
