职位描述：
This position is based in Shanghai or business development required location, reporting to Business Director.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
? Achievement of territory sales objectives
? Development and execution of a territory business and market plans
? Build and relationship and communications with (potential) collaborators to understand their needs and priorities
? Maximize sales pull-through opportunities which are aligned with company’s business
? Complete proteomics platform teambuilding and staff management under cooperation with Human Resource Dept.
? Develop a 3x-5x and 12-month pipeline of qualified opportunities to meet and exceed your quota targets
? Maintain high level of product and market knowledge
? Maintain close and effective communications with each business units including bioinformatics dept., proteomics dept., and etc..

Qualifications
? Must fully agree with bio-tech’s promise
? Bachelor or Master Degree in Life Science, preference to Life Sciences degrees in molecular biology
? Hands-on experience in proteomics wet lab no less than 3 years
? Must be a self-starter, self-motivated, highly flexible, with excellent communications skills (verbal, written, and presentation skills). Must be organized and detailed-oriented.
? The ability to use critical thinking skills and required based on the complexity of the situation
? Good communication skills in English
