职位描述：
Applied position will be arrange to different factories' area and take turn.( Factory area will be in Anhui Province, Jiangsu Province, Shandong Province mainly)
Position Summary
To ensure the goods that meets or exceeds 32 Degrees quality standard and customer expectations will be shipped, have well-rounded knowledge in various garment assembly operations (Special on Down Jacket, Knit Wear, Knit Hat, Gloves, Thighs), give quality standards and statistical quality control process, find and correct quality problems during visual inspections

Roles and Responsibilities
- Inspect production prior to source shipment for adherence to established quality control standards and specifications, carton marking, documentation, labeling and packing
- Well knowledge at sewing stage,
- Good communicate with factory, sewers, and other people
- Complete and submit QC records and inspection reports accurately in ENGLISH, on time and in accordance with established procedures
- Adhere to inspection schedules
- Ensure all government/legal requirements on the products are followed
- Report immediately to QA Supervisor/Manager if there are any quality or production problems
- Review quality performance and discuss on improvements with factories
- Submit travel expenses reports on time

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements
- more than 5 years’ working experience in garment/Softline products for U.S. market is preferable
- Excellent vision & good color perception
- Understand and perform inspections independently
- Detailed knowledge of textile, knit wear, down jacket, accessories and garment production
- Capable of judgment in quality aspects
- Ability to communicate verbally and in written form
- Capable of computer and Excel
- Team spirit
