职位描述：
工作职责：
1、协助CFO完成以下工作：
- 协助起草CFO日常公文、报告等相关文书资料
- 纸质和电子文件的整理、存档工作
- 接待公司的重要客人
- 负责公司各类会议的安排，整理会议纪要
- 为CFO制定出差计划，并协调、落实相应的差旅安排和会议安排等
- 提供口译、笔译工作
- 根据CFO的要求收集整理信息，提供所需的完整报告
2、处理和房东、物业相关的日常事务
3、负责办公用品的日常管理
4、CFO交办的其他相关工作
资格要求：
1、 专科或以上学历，德语、英语或经理管理等专业
2、至少两年以上文秘工作经验，最好有外资或合资企业工作经验
3、工作细致，有条理
4、熟练中英文口语和书写能力，懂德语者优先
5、 熟练操作MS Word, Excel and Power Point 等办公软件
6、善于与人沟通，工作积极主动， 思维清晰，善于自我激励，诚实可靠
7、有在仪器仪表行业或者能源计量行业工作经验者优先 举报 分享

DIEHL Metering (Jinan) Co. Ltd.
