· Strategic selling
· Setup & maintain TEAM prior to Pre-Order & Order Entry
· Customer profiling & call reports
· Territory & Account Management
· Customer Budgeting
· Multi-line selling
· Customer development/retention/penetration
· Volume sales Agreements
· Credit Terms Application & Renewals
· Strategic Backlog Management
工作职责:
1. 按照公司要求,实施产品的推广和销售,完成销售计划;
2.联系、跟进、拜访客户,演示公司产品,开发新客户;
3.系统整合客户资源,筛选行业客户;
4.协同技术工程师为客户制作方案说明书及报价;
5.负责维持公司客户关系,和客户保持良好的信息沟通;
6.收集业务信息,明确市场推广方案并落实执行;
7、处理顾客的售后服务、技术支持事宜。
Knowledge&Skills
· Must have no less than 2-3 years sales experience gained from the electronic Components or Logistics industry or similar Industry.
· Solid understanding of product cycle and manufacturing procedures of customer
· Understands what customer relationship building is all about
· Solid knowledge on products and technology development in the electronic components industry
· Solid knowledge on supply chain solutions
· Excellent customer service skills, negotiation skills,interpersonal skills,communication skills, including English & country-specific language – Sensitive to audience diversity, with a fair degree of tact & diplomacy
· Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
· Skill in prioritizing work & multi-tasking
任职要求:
1.电子类相关专业优先,本科以上学历;
2.熟悉电子元器件,一年以上IC电子元器件销售工作经历;
3.思维敏捷,思路清晰,性格外向,具备谈判、计划控制能力,善于与人沟通,具备较强的亲和力.
