职位描述：
1、负责行政管理，督促职能部门完成好分管的日常行政工作，定期向总经理汇报工作；

2、负责企业管理，推行全员成本核算和现代管理方法，主持制定公司级的规章制度、岗位职责、管理标准、工作程序和公司对各职能科室、车间的考核办法，抓好管理基础工作和班组建设；

3、负责统筹企业运营，做好各项决策；

4、建立员工综合考评体系，对其进行培训教育；

5、负责安全、消防、环保各类管理工作，做好安全防范，确保公司安全合法生产；

6、参与政府主管部门、协会、兄弟单位的关系维护和工作配合；

7、协助总经理进行公司企业文化、企业战略发展的规划，配合管理办开展企业文化工作



任职资格：

1、教育：公关、行政管理、企业管理等相关专业大专以上学历

2、工作经验：8年以上相关行业企业行政管理工作经验，5年以上相关职位工作经验

3、培训：战略管理、组织变革管理、项目管理、管理能力开发等方面的培训

4、技能/能力：

（1）知识面宽，知识结构较全面，具有丰富的行业经验及管理经验

（2）具有较高的综合素质，能够迅速掌握与公司业务有关的各种知识

（3）熟练使用办公软件

5、其它：

（1）有较强的组织、协调、沟通、领导能力及出色的人际交往和社会活动能力以及敏锐的洞察力

（2）具有很强的判断与决策能力，计划和执行能力

DongYu Wallpaper Production Co., Ltd. locates in Taizhou, Jiangsu province of China, where named as “Eastern Yangtze River Pearl” and transportation here is very convenient. Taizhou city is the land and water transportation junction of Yangtze River north shore and adjacent to Shanghai. Nearby airports and sea ports ensure the fast and convenient goods delivery.


厂区拥有厂房及辅助用房面积30000平方米，其中仓储配套建筑面积24000平方米，研发、办公及综合配套建筑面积6000平方米；引进当今世界最先进的圆凹版一体墙纸生产线及九色水性印刷生产线、涂布生产线六条，并配有成套静电油烟回收处理装置，以及污水处理循环利用装置。可生产产品类型有：绿色环保木浆原纸、水洗纸、pvc胶面工程纸、无纺基材绒面纸（透气），木浆原纸砂粒纸、绒面纸、晶莹剔透胶珠纸（透气环保）。面层材料有PVC、PU、纳米涂层、沙粒、雅克力、胶面绒、尼龙绒。
DongYu Wallpaper factory covers 30000s.q.m: there are 24000s.q.m storage area and 6000s.q.m researching and office area. We introduced world advanced round gravure integral wallpaper production line, nine-color water-based printing production line and six coating production lines and a complete set of domestic best static electricity lampblack recover and treat unit and effluent water recycle unit. We are capable to produce PVC vinyl wallpapers, non-woven wallpapers, yarns wallpapers, wall murals, pure paper wallpapers, flocking wallpapers, sandy wallpapers and so on wallpapers. Optional coating materials are PVC, PU, nano coating, sands, Jacques, vinyl flocking, nylon flocking and so on.
