General Job Description

Audit:
? Travel regularly to Husky customers, located worldwide
? Be responsible for the technical inspection of Husky systems and the proposal of adequate solutions within the services portfolio
? Create detailed technical reports and provide commercial proposal to Husky sales force

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY

Audit:
? Perform injection molding systems (machine, mold, process, auxiliaries) technical audit/inspection.
? Measure and analyze machine components reliability and performance with the support of Predictive Instruments.
? Identify, throughout the entire Husky services portfolio of solutions, actions and components required to maintain and improve systems reliability and performance, also by communicating with other departments.
? Provide detailed written report to support the sales force, including the definition of budget and formal commercial quotations.
? Occasionally support the sales force presenting the Audit results to customers
? Regularly reporting in written and verbal form to your Team Leader

Technical / Professional Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Audit:
? Knowledge of Husky Injection Molding Systems.
? Technical knowledge in Electronics, Hydraulic, Pneumatic and Mechanics.
? Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
? Organization and writing reporting skills.
? Capacity to follow guidelines, exercise judgment and suggest improvements.
? Methodical mentality.
? Ability in building relationship
? Language skills: fluent in English and French or German, any other European languages are an advantage.
? Willingness to travel worldwide.

Education

Diploma or Bachelor in Electrical/Mechanical Technology or equivalent

Related Experience

2 years experience. Minimum one year in Injection Molding
