General Job Description:
Provide support for Customers and Field Service Engineers.

Key Responsibilities/Areas of Accountability:
Assist customers in diagnosing, identifying and correcting malfunctions on Husky hot runner.
Feedback hot runner quality issue to factory, with proper troubleshooting details.
Work with Service Coordinator to get Field Service Engineer scheduled.

Qualifications:
Good knowledge of injection molding processing or injection mold.
Good troubleshooting skill on injection part defect and mold issue.
Good oral and written English.
Bachelor’s degree.
More than 2 years’ experience in injection molding industry or plastic industry.
