工作职责：
1、 分析客户需求和行业发展趋势，收集竞争对手信息并提供有价值的信息反馈
2、 与德国总部的同级部门交流所有定型成品的技术信息，将产品技术知识及时传授给销售团队以及客户；为新产品开发提供有价值的信息
3、 在各种活动中，为官方和客户展示定型成品技术的应用
4、 全力支持销售部工作，例如:为AMR和表计项目的客户提供技术建议，在竞标阶段提供技术支持，将客户对技术的需求及时传递到公司
5、 负责专利认证申请及保护，制定专利申请文件并配合专利公司完成项目
6、 为服务工程师，销售团队及其他部门提供产品技术培训和项目培训，全力支持公司内部外部的技术需求
资格要求：
1、 大学本科及以上学历，电子工程，计算机科学，自动化控制工程专业
2、 有仪器仪表行业经验者优先（热表，水表，气表，电表等）
3、 3年以上产品策划经验， 熟练运用CAD软件或Solidworks进行机械制图
4、 在工业及民用产品领域拥有丰富的项目管理经验
5、 拥有产品清单，图纸，其它技术文件的管理经验
6、 拥有技术资料翻译经验
7、 拥有专利申请及保护方面的经验
8、 有外资企业或合资企业工作经验
9、 拥有良好的暖热通风，电讯，自动化和计量学知识
10、 熟练运用办公软件Word, Excel 和 Power Point.
11、 良好的英语口语和写作能力
12、 工作仔细认真，高效无误
13、 良好的沟通能力

Responsibility:
1. Analyze customer demands and industrial development trend, collect competitor's information, and feedback valuable information
2. Communicate with counterparts in Germany for all the fixed products technology information, and transfer the product know-how to the sales team and customers in time; Provide valuable information for new product design and development
3. Make presentation about the fixed products and technology for authorities and customers in various events
4. Give full support to Sales Department, e.g. work out technical proposals for customers on metering & AMR projects, and be responsible for the technical part during bidding phase, and responsible for communicating the technical requirement from the customers to the company
5. Responsible for patent application and patent protection, create the patent application documents and cooperate the patent company to finish the projects
6. Provide technical training to the service engineers, sales team and other department on products and projects, and give full support to all technical requirements from inner company and customer side.
Qualification:
1. Minimum university education, major in Electrics Engineering, Computer Technology, Automatic Control Engineering.
2. Working experience in the field of utilities or metering is preferred (heat meter, water meters, gas meters, electricity meters, etc.).
3. Familiar with mechanical design with software Auto CAD or Solidworks, more than 3 years of product incubation
4. Proficient experience with project management in industrial/civil product field.
5. Management experience on the bom list, drawing, other technical documents
6. Experience with translation of technical documents.
7. Experience on patent application and patent protection.
8. Practice in WFOE or JV preferred
9. Good command of knowledge of heating ventilation, telecommunication, automation and metrology
10. Skilled in MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
11. Advanced oral and written English skill.
12. Work carefully and efficiently without malpractice
13. Good communication skill.
