工作职责：
1、分析客户需求和行业发展趋势，收集竞争对手信息并提供有价值的信息反馈
2、与德国总部的同级部门交流最新AMR产品技术信息，将产品技术知识及时传授给销售团队以及客户；为新产品开发提供有价值的信息
3、在各种活动中，为官方部门和客户展示AMR（硬件和软件）产品技术的应用
4、全力支持销售部工作，例如:为AMR项目的客户提供技术建议，在竞标阶段提供技术支持，将客户对技术的特殊需求及时通知公司
5、负责AMR项目管理，取得良好工作成果
6、为服务工程师，销售团队及其他部门提供产品技术培训和项目培训，全力支持公司内部外部的技术需求
资格要求：
1、大学本科及以上学历，电子，网络技术，软件工程等专业
2、拥有数据管理或数据库软件编程，软件产品管理、服务，项目规划的工作经验
3、拥有Java,.NET或动态语言的开发经验；至少有五年在计量、自动化或软件开发领域的工作经验
4、有丰富的基于标准,由css驱动及无表化布局的开发经验
5、曾从事过大规模，以客户目标为导向的应用技术的分析、设计、编码和实施工作
6、良好的OO技巧，包括良好的设计模式知识
7、至少有三年采用面向对象方法进行固件设计的经验
8、拥有丰富的工业产品领域的项目管理经验
9、有在外资企业或合资企业工作的经验
10、拥有良好的暖热通风，电讯，自动化和计量学知识
11、熟练运用办公软件Word, Excel 和 Power Point.
12、良好的英语口语和写作能力
13、工作仔细认真，高效无误
14、良好的沟通能力

Responsibility:
1. Analyze customer demands and industrial development trend, collect competitor's information, and feedback valuable information
2. Communicate with counterparts in Germany for the latest AMR product and technology information, and transfer the product know-how to the sales team and customers in time; Provide valuable information for new product design and development
3. Make presentation about AMR (Hardware and software) products and technology for authorities and customers in various events
4. Give full support to Sales Department, e.g. work out technical proposals for customers on AMR projects, and be responsible for the technical part during bidding phase, and responsible for communicating the technical requirement from the customers to the company
5. Responsible for AMR project management and working result of the projects.
6. Provide technical training to the service engineers, sales team and other department on products and projects, and give full support to all technical requirements from inner company and customer side.
Qualification:
1. Minimum university education, major in Electronics, IT, SW Application etc.
2. Experience of data management/database SW programming,SW product management, service, project planning, is essential.
3. Development and delivery experience with Java, .NET and/or some dynamic languages, 5+years on metering or automation industry or software development field..
4. Strong experience in developing standards-based, CSS-driven, table-less layouts.
5. Have worked on the analysis, design, coding and implementation of large scale, custom built object-oriented applications.
6. Great OO skills, including strong design patterns knowledge.
7. 3+ years firmware design in Objected Oriented Methodologies desired.
8. Proficient experience with project management in industrial product field.
9. Practice in WFOE or JV preferred
10. Good command of knowledge of heating ventilation, telecommunication, automation and metrology
11. Skilled in MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
12. Advanced oral and written English skill.
13. Work carefully and efficiently without malpractice
14. Good communication skill.
