Responsibilities:
?Co-develop holistic CRM/VIP strategy and tactical plan encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty that suits global principles also local needs.
?Continuously optimize CRM platform structure and architecture (in both front and back-end) collaborating with IT team.
?Collaborate with Global team for initiating local CRM projects across multiple touch points including emails, SMS/MMS, WeChat, I/B & O/B calls, catalogs, in-store communications, and any possible new channel where our consumers like to be engaged.
?Co-develop seasonal and annual CRM campaigns, that ties in with global CRM roadmap and local marketing calendar.
?Explore and analyze customer database for generating useful insight, predict the possible action, and determine customized approach plan for each segment.
?Enhance the VIP program with holistic experiential and beneficial privilege offering that resonates Micheal Kors brand proposition also ties in with the marketing calendar
?Constantly monitor the performance of acquisition and retention programs and offer accordingly optimization plan.
?Work closely with MKT team, Retail team, Merchandise team, and IT team to deliver comprehensive execution towards CRM tactics.
?Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly report on performance & implication of Acquisition, Customer Understanding, and Retention day-to-day tactics, as well as industry best practice examples from our key competitors.
?Recognize local opportunities for the brand to be part of innovative CRM pioneer, utilizing new technology, popular social tools, digital touch points, and potential CRM partner’s resources.
?Manage CRM annual budget for ensuring high ROI and quality outcome.
Requirement:
?At least 6 years of CRM experience in either agency or in-house background
?Creative and proactive communication skill
?Advanced user of Microsoft Work, Excel, PowerPoint, and analytical platforms
?Ability to review metrics on an on-going basis, analyze, draw conclusions and recommend immediate action
?Entrepreneurial; ability to drive forward with goals independently
?Ability to develop and build cooperative working relationship; ability to collaborate with all levels in the organization
?Thrive in a fast paced on-time deliverable environment
?Strong ability to lead, manage, coach, and grow an effective and highly professional team.
?Bachelor's Degree required
