Job Responsibilities:
?Scans and frames the lubricants business landscape across the China market
?Develops and refines pipeline of sales opportunities
?Collaborates cross functionally to progress the best enterprise outcomes
?Responsible for developing new business for multiple medium to large users
?Prospects for and selects end user customers in target segments
?Identifies end customer value drivers and recommends innovative solutions
?Recommends initial pricing based on economics of end user customer’s needs and value analysis
?Develops customer proposals in line with customer needs and solutions and bring opportunities to commercialization
?Opens business development dialogs with strategic customers. Particular interest is to build medium to large strategic accounts
?Consolidates and interprets business trends and market information in order to inform and consult with mid and senior level management
?Leads cross functional teams to develop and package new channel offerings and realize new channels in selected markets
Job Requirements:
?Bachelor’s degree or higher
?With background in key account development
?Must have an in-depth knowledge/experience of sales and marketing
?At least 5 years of relevant work experience gained from the Oil & Energy, Manufacturing and OEM industry
?Analytical and commercially focused
?Result oriented & proactive
?Good team player
?Strong Communication skills and fluency in both Chinese and English to liaise with stakeholders and customers within the region
