Responsibilities
1. Coordinating and supporting BCM review/implementation work according to Allianz Group BCM Standard, incl. BCM management structure, Business Impact Analysis, Risk Impact analysis, Business Continuity Plan setup etc.
2. Supporting BCM head in BCM documentation drafting and updating, with appropriate control on format, version and authorization
3. Coordinating and executing BCM exercises/drills to ensure that the business continuity procedures are consistent and feasible
4. Supporting BCM working team in BCM promotion/education programs for BCM embedding in the organization culture
5. Working with BCM team in emergency issues handling in real working life to achieve business continuity with minimum loss
6. Supporting SPM head in regular reporting with management team in AZCL and Allianz Group for different strategic programs deployment
7. Supporting peer teams per request of the line manager in SPM, e.g. OPEX, CPO

Requirements:
1. University degree, fluent in written and spoken English
2. Better with working experience in commercial industry like insurance companies, banks, estate management etc.
3. Logical and structured thinking; can work independently based on approved action plan, self-motivating, a good change driver
4. Strong analytical skills, conceptual and implementation experience
5. Strong PC skills, especially good at MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, or relevant analytical tools like Minitab
