Title: Purchaser
Report to: Purchasing Manager

Responsibility:
- Sourcing non-production products, includes assembly lines, logisitcs equipments, equipment accessaries, and investments.
- Follow up and complete RFQ, price and contract negotiation, and proposing best sourcing solutions from suppliers.
- Communicate with all internal departments, get to know the request and expectation of internal customers.
- Take quick response and actions relating to internal customer's urgent non-production purchasing requests.
- Follow company procedures and ensures proper documentation management of purchasing activities.
- Communicate with German headquater to relize global purchasing with best conditions.
- Set up database for non-production suppliers.
- Develop and manage suppliers relationships to reduce total costs and improve performance.
- Other job assigned by supervisor.

Requirement:
- Good in oral and written German language and English language.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or Commercial.
- 5-year relevant working experience in Purchasing, in particular in the area of investments and indirect materials
- Good ability of negotiation and communication.
- Good team player and hard working.
- Experience in foreign invested company.
- Good computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point,Email, SAP R3 etc
