工作地点： 上海金山 Reporting to the Operation Director, the main responsibility of the Production manager is to manage the resources to schedule, produce and deliver on time the materials IDI received a Purchase Order for. He will develop the Operational Excellence in the areas under his control and for that will implement tools as Visual Management and daily production animation, 5S workshops, SMED workshops… In charge of: 1. Environment, Health and Safety Policy execution in his organization, training the members of his team on prevention and insuring that the rules are strictly applied 2. Quality Policy deployment and follow up in his organization, training the members of his team and auditing the activities he is responsible for 3. Production organization in order to have a permanent adjustment of the resources to the need in respect of the IDI Human Resources Policy 4. Warehouse and logistic organization for finish goods with establishment of state of the art rules and follow up 5. Production Performances in term of Quality and Efficiency and on time delivery, measuring and improving the performances on daily, weekly and monthly basis. He is in charge of the continuous improvement plan for all the production related activities. 1)Lead the development of Standards in the production area in relation with the Engineering & Quality Director 2)Approve the standards and establish the conditions for his team to follow these standards 3)Measure and report the performances of his team and report the advancement of his improvement plan 6. Evaluate the performances of his team members and propose solutions to improve the level of his team by training, rewarding or taking discipline actions 7. Support to his team in case of any issue (Safety, Machine breakdown, Quality issue, Emergency situation…) 8. Participate to the Yearly Budget Establishment 9. Participate to the Monthly Financial estimate and Monthly Financial Results analysis. Performances Measurements (KPI): Manpower efficiency, Machine efficiency, Scrap %, On Time Delivery %, Internal NCR %, Customer NCR %, Injury and safety event, Financial statement versus Budget performance for Manufacturing Costs Qualification: Education: Major in Mechanical or Industrial Management Degree: Master, Engineer or Bachelor Nationality: Chinese Work experience: 1. 5 years experience in production management in Automotive International Tier one supplier or equivalent 2. Technical knowledge/Skills: Knowledge and practice about production management tools as Visual Management, 5S, SMED… 3. Good understanding of Human resources management aspects in production 4. Familiar with the Quality, Safety and Environment international standards (ISO9000, ISO14000, ISO1800) 5. Language: Good communication skill verbal and written, both in English and Mandarin 6.
