职位描述
Position: Director of External Affairs
Report to: Regional VP Greater China
Location: Shanghai
Purpose of position:
To develop external affairs planning and coordinate between the Regional Vice President and other EA units
Key Responsibilities:
1.To coordinate with related EA and other departments to develop and implement annual plan which would accurately explain the company's business model and enhance the company image with various government departments
2.Coordinate and facilitate cross department communication in order to develop action plan in the event of a government presentation, inquiry or investigation
3.Develop mid to senior level contacts at key government departments in order to establish good communication channels between the company and such contacts.
4.Work with various EA departments to improve systems, processes, sharing of best practices and procedures. Facilitate communication with various EA units
5.Be responsible for budget of the unit subordinated, planning and implementing personnel management and development mechanism, so as to achieve budget target and inspire the retention of key talents
6.Complete department-related work assigned by the RVP of Operations
Knowledge or Capabilities Required:
1.Effective problem solving skills.
2.Superior communication and personal interaction skills
3.Possess excellent organizational and leadership skills
4.Planning, coordination and integration ability
5.Ability to lead and coordinate under high pressure and short timeline
