职位描述

Job Responsibility:

Management of the Complete Vehicle Department including CAE, Packaging, Test & Validation, Data Management and Vehicle Integration. Manage Performance Integration teams(within vehicle engineering field) to achieve the company targets, and project deliverables defined as follows
1. Department targets adherence.
Assure knowing of Department targets and breakdown up to own Group level, define necessary plan and correction actions to fulfill targets
2. Group growth
Guaranty the department growth in quantity and competence according to company defined targets. Define a balanced growth strategy, follow up and amend strategy if needed. Find weak points of the department organization and focus in improvement
3. Project Deliverable Quality
Final responsible of the department assigned projects or work packages deliverable quality. Track and report about status. I necessary put on place correction actions to assure deliverable quality. Set up a Department continuous improvement process
4. Discipline / behaviour
Complete department disciplinary organization and personal behavior of all department subordinates and suppliers final responsible in front of company management and customers. Responsible for knowledge and transfer the company rules and standards to subordinates. Request support from TD and HR to put in place disciplinary actions if required
5. Stable resources
Define, track and amend if necessary the personal development of every of the department subordinates, using the yearly personal appraisal as yearly status review. Define necessary promotions, training, personal support, etc. required to support the professional development of the department subordinates. Define necessary actions to keep a good working ambient in the department. Coordinate actions, training, promotions, etc. with rest of departments and HR department in order to guaranty fair and equilibrate conditions between all MSC employees



Qualification:

Education:
Bachelor Degree or above in mechanical engineering, vehicle engineering or related major

Work Experiences:
Above 10 years working experiences in Complete Vehicle activities in which at least 5 years management role (project or department).

Technical Knowledge:
Vehicle architecture, ergonomics, vehicle concepts and Styling convergence activities
Vehicle packaging and DMU activities
Vehicle targets (performance & geometric) setting and tracking
NVH, Comfort and Safety integration
Simulation (CAE activities) at vehicle and component level (planning and execution)
Testing activities at vehicle and component level (planning and execution)
Homologation (knowledge)

Management/Business Skill:
Good planning and organizational skills
Good business acumen, communication and coordination skill

Personality:
Honest, self-motivated, independent, performance driven, innovative, work under pressure

Language:
Fluent in English both oral and written

Office Software:
Good in MS office; excellent presentation skill
