a. Summary of job contents

Responsible for the Business Development for Machine tools business in Greater china.

b. Key accountabilities

？ To develop target market and target Account in Machine tools industry
？ Responsible for the achievement of defined objectives (monitoring of turnover, key accounts, etc), establishing necessary measures to achieve objectives, monitoring results and defining corrective measures if required
？ Be able to develop new potential customer individually
？ To coach Sales Engineer in each zone and drive towards target achievement with the MT team
？ To create the knowledge landscape and coordinate the qualification process (training)
？ To lead, coordinate and decide in customer projects, as well in case of escalation regarding strategy, price,...
？ To Drive and manage virtual team from different department in order to achieve the target
？ To cooperate with the cluster and regional marketing for main activities in the MT Industry
？ To participate in the development of standard products and applications for MT
