Job Summary:
? Stock audit officer is responsible for coordination the dealer Repossession inventory, new inventory, SMFL UE financing machines, pledge machines audit and machine return inventory audit and reporting activities of Volvo Construction Equipment China.
? The stock audit officer is responsible for coordination with the third party audit agent and internal auditors to implement and execute effective risk management controls to minimize financial exposure to the company.
? The stock audit officer will schedule and coordinate inventory field audits and specialty field audits at regular intervals for all dealer locations and review the field auditor reports highlighting potential risks and exceptions.
? The requirements of the position include optimizing and refining the audit process and utilizing all available tools including GPS and other means to monitor and identify equipment-related and other dealer finance risk.

2. Main Tasks/ Responsibilities / Authorities:
? Help to prepare and maintain the audit planning schedule to ensure all field audits are completed within the approved frequency and time frames, obtaining required approval for any necessary delays, extensions, or deferrals.
? .Ensure all field audits are reviewed for accuracy and sufficiency and all audit exception reporting, supporting documentation and appropriate follow-up are completed as required.
? Manage the tracking and collection of all inventory status documentation consistent with policy and procedures.
? Manage VCE’s relationship with third party audit and outside service vendors, including price negotiation, work quality and service level expectations.
? Help to develop appropriate metrics to measure and track Wholesale Audit efficiency.
? Help to define and communicate business requirements to enhance the VCE audit process and to continually raise the efficiency and effectiveness of the audit process.
? Ensure portfolio audit data is prepared and reported accurately and timely as required for periodic portfolio risk review meetings.
? Have ability to utilize and analysis GPS tracking system data to help stock audit.
? Perform other duties assigned by direct leader.
3. Key Skills:
? Demonstrated ability to effectively and strategically plan, review and analyze field audits and prepare written reports based on the analysis.
? Sales, credit and operational skills in the financial services industry and dealership environment.
? Good written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
? Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work independently.
