Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage sales channels to maximize sales amount;
2. Work with retail merchandising teams in product selection, layout and display.

3. Deliver onsite training to dealers' employees, distributors' related persons. Ensure the front sales are proficient in Delta product knowledge and selling skills.
4. Work with marketing colleagues to plan and execute promotion activities.
5. Communicate with distributors, dealers, regional sales and others internal to solve the problems raised by dealers.
6. Collect and assist analyzing market intelligence, monitor competition, and recommend appropriate response.

Qualifications:

1. Proven strong ability to exploit market with sensitive sense;
2. Energetic, result-driven and goal oriented;
3. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can work under high pressure;
4. Experience in Sanitaryware industry will be preferred.
