职位描述
Job Purpose:
-Responsible for BCM (business continuity management) program deployment in AZCL in line with Allianz Group policies and plans
-Coordinating functions necessary when ‘disaster’ (per AZ Group’s definition) happens for business continuity with minimum loss in real life
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and monitoring the local BCM implementation according to Allianz Group BCM Standard
- Providing regular status updates, including BCM risks escalation about the local BCM implementation to the relevant local BCM head and Allianz Group BCM team
- Leading local BCM team to establish and maintain Business Continuity Management program in AZCL, including annual Business Impact Analysis (BIA), local BCM risks and related corrective actions, the BCM strategy, testing results and the effectiveness of local BCM measures, information and experience sharing within the company etc.
- Coordinating relative functions when ‘disaster’ happens in any business units in real life to achieve business continuity with minimum loss
- Supporting peer teams per request of the line manager, e.g. project management support
Job Requirements:
- University degree, proficient in English (written and spoken)
- Minimum 3 years of process-focused operation experience, better with working experience in commercial industry like insurance companies, banks, estate management etc.
- Logical and structured thinking; can work independently based on approved action plan, self-motivating, a good change driver
- Strong analytical skills, conceptual and implementation experience
- Strong PC skills – MS Words, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Project, better with knowledge of process management related software (MS Visio/iGrafx, Minitab…)
Key Competencies:
- BCM trained or certified preferred (e.g. China BCM, BS25999, NFPA1600), or with equivalent working experience
- Project Management trained preferred, and with experience of successful project management in different business lines or functions
- Strong facilitation (discussion/workshops…) and presentation skill
- Communicating effectively with colleagues in all levels within the organization
