? Process Manager

? Main Tasks/ Responsibilities / Authorities:

? Ensure the alignment of process with business strategies.
? Support/manage process and solution change requests.
? Specify business/process requirements relevant to applications/solutions
? Plan, prioritize, develop and communicate the process and solution improvement and implementation plan.
? Design, develop and improve process and solutions based on business needs and benchmarks.
? Agree on upstream and downstream interface with related processes.
? Define process measurements and develop measurement systems.
? Secure process documentation to be published in cOMMon/Volvo Group Management System.
? Support implementation of the process standards on local site/organization.
? Communicate process changes and manage process training activities.
? Support and follow-up process compliance and secure corrective actions with Business Process Developers and Line Organization
? Drive Process Working Group/s and act as the secretary in the Process & IT Forum for same process level
? Participate in the related Solution Management Meetings
? Support the Director for Regional Process and IT and the Process Owner by aligning and balancing process performance targets according to Process Owner directives
? Authorities:

? Identify Business Process Developers for relevant process level.
? Process Manager in coordination with the Process Owner decide the requirements for the protection of information according to its level of criticality. This should be done based on confidentiality, integrity and availability and the requirements for restricted access to information.
? Process Manager manages allocated budget frame for process and solution development (EN).
? Require access to process measurement data for own process.

? Key Skills:
· Excellent business knowledge and good understanding of relevant process and solutions.
· Good knowledge about process methods and tools.
· Good understanding of process interfaces to other processes and solutions.
· Deep understanding of the criticality of the information used in the process.
· Good understanding of Portfolio Management.
· Excellent knowledge and experience in Change Management Basic knowledge regarding internal/external standards selected for compliance by the Volvo Group.
· Project management experience.

· Good leadership skills.
· Good communication skills.

volvo construction equipment technology (china) is located in high-tech zone of jinan, shandong. volvo construction equipment jinan tech center will focus on r&d of construction equipment and components for emerging markets. it will be the first volvo construction equipment tech center in china, and the first tech center in jinan established by a world top 500 enterprise. volvo construction equipment tech center in jinan will undoubtedly play an important role in volvo construction equipment’s global r&d network, pushing volvo construction equipment’s strategic development and upgrading in china.

one of the priorities for the tech center is to build a strong r&d team comprising both local and foreign talent to bring new products to market. it is planned that up to 200 engineers could be working here by the end of 2013. volvo construction equipment jinan tech center will receive full support from volvo headquarters, especially in technology, resources, and manpower.
