Position Overview:

As a member of Business support team, this person will be responsible to support Business support manager to conduct comprehensive business analysis.

Job Responsibilities:

? Assists China and China Hong Kong Channel Sales Managers in providing monthly analysis report

? Provides insightful commentary to management such as trends, gaps and opportunities and takes the lead on the analysis process, providing guidance to other analysts

? Assists Channel Sales managers in preparing sales meeting document and facilitates the meeting

? Does the coordination between sales and marketing, promotion of ROI analysis & pricing trend & competitor promotional activities monitor and performs look-back and benchmarking on business case

? Highlights issues and discrepancies to key stakeholders for decision making and resolutions

? Closely monitors the quality of CRM usage, including Salesforce.com, Rbl, weekly reporting etc

? Extracts useful information for management decision making and execution to drive results

? Leads the process of sales forecast to ensure its accuracy

? Takes initiatives on the optimization of sales processes and procedures and assess the effectiveness of the processes and prioritizes major process gaps

? Provides supervision and maintenance of all critical sales processes

? Assists China Business Support Manager in developing and executing short to long term business strategies for China and China Hong Kong

? Supports pricing related tasks, assist pricing specialist on implementation of new software

? Responsible for special projects and from time to time provides support to the growth plan (e.g. economic evaluation of projects and strategic review of business opportunities)

Job Requirements:

? Bachelor's degree

? 5+ years of related experience in Financial/Business analysis with a multinational company

? Experience in the sales/marketing or manufacturing field, oil & energy industry is preferred

? Solid knowledge in budgeting, profitability analysis and product costing

? Advanced Excel skills such as the use of formulas and pivot table, composition of charts etc

? Knowledge of creating macros a definite advantage

? Excellent English and Chinese communication skills both written and oral

? Able to communicate with different level of personnel from various operations units effectively
