Introduction
- In support of Siemens internal learning and developing needs for the field with topics of project management and procurement/supply chain related
What are my responsibilities?
- Deliver of PM and/or procurement/supply chain related training topics to assigned customers with required quality standards; Giving efforts of continual improvement for owned training topics in the areas of contents, deliver methods, and own-capability; Ensure a good customer relationship and solid understanding of clients training needs by regular customer visits, trainee engagement, forums, and etc. Interface with other Siemens internal function, external customer and vendors for training related purposes.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Education: Bachelor or above
Knowledge/Languages:
- Training and moderation skill Siemens project management and procurement, vendor management processes and practices General people management skills Consulting skills English speaking capability
Experience:
- >8 years of working experience in engineering, procurement, project and/ or consulting business; technical background preferred; >4-5 years of working experience in multiple project and procurement related functions, e.g. commercial, PMO, purchasing, commodity mgmt, corporate supply chain, supplier mgmt, technical service supports, bidding, etc; 3 to 5 years in leadership position managing a small to medium size team; Good exporsure to multi-culture working environment; international working and studying experience highly desired.
