JOB DESCRIPTION：
负责捷普（Jabil）ESL/SCPM/SCDM项目的元器件质量管理工作，包括元器件质量审核、性能及成本评估，元器件状态分析等。 Be a technical focal point to the SCPM, SCDM , ESL Lead for alternate low cost, high quality components. Monitor and work problem on component qualification requirements directly with the manufacturer and formally communicate status on parts approval/rejections across all programs.
JOB REQUIREMENTS (岗位任职资格要求) ：
电气工程或相关专业本科或以上学历，3-5年工作经验，中英文流利，能阅读和翻译有关技术文献，处理客户咨询或投诉，优秀的计算机能力，精通各种概率算法，有非陶瓷电容、非标准连接器、电源管理IC、Analog IC、电源适配器、风扇、高频器件、晶振、时钟IC等测试经验优先
1. Support Design Engineering, Project Management, SCDM and BU in identifying, sourcing and the implementation of new/alternate components that is of equal or greater performance without compromising quality at a total cost savings.
2. Be the focal person for all component quality and functional issues that stem from components being purchased for manufacturing.
3. Develop, implement and maintain a Component Qualification Requirements process for all Electrical commodities( including additional testing requirements on top on the standard testing parameters) under the vendors approved for E&I Division.
4. Hands- on testing on components depending on the needs will be required.
5. Adhere to the timeline and schedule planned for the testing needs.
6. Monitor and drive quality improvement on commodities issues with the supply base in addition to helping them achieve “Dock to Stock” certified with Jabil (in accordance to the vendor performance system).
7. Drive supplier selection strategies that will yield a supply base that can be used across all customer programs providing leverage cost savings.
8. Proactively communicate information or issues that may impact the product costs of manufacturability to all affected departments.
9. Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.
10. Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.
