招聘职位: 项目部主管Supervisor of Project Department
工作职责 Key responsibilities:
1.负责项目部门的日常件杂货物;展会货物的询价和基本操作；
In charge of general project shipment inquiry and operation (break bulk & fairs shipment)
2.审核及处理各项目递交的发票相关申请和相关事宜；
Check and process application for invoices issue from different project;
3.部门月度报表的整理和汇总
Monthly data collection and reports maintains
4.部门系统数据的日常维护与更新;
Department System Maintains Tango; Procar;
5.现有客户的日常沟通与维护和新客户的开发；
Existing customer service and new business development (in long term);
6.协助项目投标、报价；
Assist on the project tender bidding.
7.现场货物监装或报告
Onsite cargo loading or survey.
8.与各个部门或代理保持良好的合作关系，能够独立办理相关业务；
Liaise and cooperate with different departments and vendors smoothly to make sure related tasks conducted independently;
技能要求Requirements/Qualifications:
1.大学本科及以上学历，贸易及物流相关专业
Bachelor degree, major in logistics/international trade related preferable;
2.二年以上工作经验，
Over 2 years working experiences in related area;
3.工作细致，责任感强；
High quality oriented and responsible;
4.具备件杂货操作相关经验
Experience with break bulk shipment handling;
5.良好的英文沟通和读写能力；
Good English in both Oral and written;
6.有良好的沟通能力，能够独立解决问题；
Good communication skills, and independent problem-solving capability;
7.较强的分析、判断和执行能力；
Good analytical skills and executive ability;
8.熟悉计算机操作，精通Microsoft Office Excel, Word PPT etc.
Computer literate and excellent in Microsoft office, include Excel, Word PPT etc;
