工作职责/ Key responsibilities:
1. 负责项目部门的日常海运进出口业务;展会货物的询价和基本操作；
In charge of general ocean import and export shipment inquiry and operation
2. 海运项目特种箱和件杂货的询价和操作
OOG shipment & Break bulk shipment inquiry and operation
3. 系统数据的日常维护与更新;
System Maintains Tango; Procar;
4. 现有客户的日常沟通与维护和新客户的开发；
Existing customer service and new business development (in long term);
5. 协助项目投标、报价；Assist on the project tender bidding
6. 与各个部门或代理保持良好的合作关系，能够独立办理相关业务；
Liaise and cooperate with different departments and vendors smoothly to make sure related tasks conducted independently;


技能要求/ Requirements
1. 大学专科及以上学历
Colleague degree, major in logistics/international trade related preferable;
2. 一年以上工作经验
Over 1 year working experiences in related area;
3. 工作细致，责任感强
High quality oriented and responsible;
4. 具备件杂货操作相关经验优先
Experience with break bulk shipment handling is preferable;
5. 良好的英文理解和书写能力
Good English in reading & writing;
6. 有良好的沟通能力和团队协作能力
Good communication skills, and team work spirit;
7. 较强的执行力；
Strong executive ability;
8. 熟悉计算机操作，良好使用 Microsoft Office Excel, Word etc.
Computer literate and excellent in Microsoft office, include Excel, Word etc;
