职位描述
1、组织制定公司财务管理、会计成本核算、内部控制等相关规章制度，并监督相关制度的执行，及时对制度进行修改和完善；
2、根据公司中长期经营计划组织编制年度综合财务计划和预算，监督预算的执行，并适当及时地进行调整；
3、定期检查、分析公司年度经营计划完成情况和季度、月度财务收支计划和利润计划执行情况；
4、组织进行成本预测、控制、分析等工作，降低损耗，节约成本；
5、监督指导公司生产经营过程中各项成本支出费用的统计与控制；
6、监督公司资金、财务运作，并对其进行风险控制；对公司税收进行整体筹划与管理，按时完成税务申报以及年度审计工作；
7、根据公司的生产经营需要，积极利用各种渠道，节约、有效地筹措资金；
8、合理安排、管理财务部门人员的日常工作。
任职要求
1、学历本科以上，财务、金融及相关专业；
2、5年以上相关工作经验；具有会计师或以上职称者优先；
3、具有独立工作能力，良好的财务工作组织、协调和管理能力。责任心强。有很好的办公、财务软件使用基础；
4、良好的沟通能力、抗压能力、团队协作能力；
5、 熟悉国家财税政策；了解企业财务工作流程和各类管理制度。

CEEVIN is a leading supplier of low-carbon and energy-saving new materials and solutions in energy-saving and emission reduction in China. CEEVIN was established in 2010 with its registered address in Shijingshan Park, Zhongguancun, Beijing.
CEEVIN is a strategic cooperation enterprise of Chinese aerospace science and technology transferred from military use to civilian application. We seek continuous innovation centered on the demand for floor decoration in the fields of mechanics, equipments, electric power, energy, environment & health, medical care, food, municipality and commerce etc. and implement tight cooperation with domestic and foreign companies, such as Silikal, to provide the floor decoration solutions which are the most practical and have the highest performance-price ratio for our costumers.
