职位描述
1. Information about the assignment
Position: Area Sales Manager
Report to: Vice General Manager
Location: Shanghai office or South of China
Main responsibilities:
Overall in charge of business development for medical devices industry in China region
Follow the Group’s business short term and long term strategy, to meet the customer requirements.
Builds up and maintains good relationship with the customers
Manages customer commitments and obligations.
Close contract negotiation with the customers.
Achieves the assigned sales revenues target of the company.
Follow up company sales plans to develop the business in the regions.
New customer and business management.
Customer payment and account receivable management.
Works with customers for forecasting and purchase order gaining.
Weekly updates the project status and supports for regular report.
2. Desired profile of the candidate
Education:
College degree or above, with major in engineering or having relevant background is preferred.
Language:
Native Chinese, and good written and verbal English language skill is a preferred.
Professional experience:
Medical devices business segment knowledge;
Tracked record of business development focused in the medical devices manufacturing field;
Good experience of building up, maintaining and developing the business relationship with the customers;
Good ability of communication with people, and negotiation on business contracts;
Travelling in China for sales activities (around 50% of the time);
Capability to report and develop business opportunities;
Capability to teamwork with the FEA Sales and Operations team;
Capability to follow the FEA business governance rules as activity & visit reports, weekly sales control room.
