Job Description
Position Overview:
- Coordinate with local sales team, operation team, and regional Key Account team to ensure a strong maintenance of company’s existing Key Accounts and further develop new business.
Position Accountabilities:
- Ensure operational excellence by complying with the quality control system based on the company’s ISO 9001 standard;
- Ensure a healthy maintenance of company’s key customers in line with Region Shandong account maintenance program;
- Look after company’s key accounts in terms of contract/quotation/SOP maintenance and update, performance review and reporting, problems/claims investigation and solving etc.;
- Develop new business from existing accounts, achieve the company’s financial target.
- As local contact window, ensure a smooth alignment with regional and global counterparts for tenders and RFQs from Region Shandong related key accounts
- Perform any special duties or projects assigned by the management.
Relevant Education Background, Hard Skill, Knowledge and Experience:
- Academic degree in logistics, marketing, business administration or a similar field
- Minimum 3- 5 year’s experience in international freight forwarding industry
- Knowledge of international trade and relevant laws, regulations, process and procedures
- Knowledge of common IT tools (MS Office suite, Customer Service Applications, Tracking + Tracing tools, supply chain modeling and/or logistics software etc.)
- Good communication and presentation skills (Ability to present complex solutions to internal and external parties on all levels)
- Proficient in written and spoken business English
