岗位职责

1. 接待来访客人，接转内外线电话；

2. 起草并传达公司通知等事宜；

3. 维护公司日常办公秩序和环境设备；

4. 协助报销及相关工作；

5. 协助办公用品、日用品及劳保用品的采购、发放及管理，并做好每月的库存盘点；

6. 入职离职员工劳保用品及更衣柜的发放、回收及管理；

7. 协助日常行政工作，如合同、文档资料的录入、起草、整理及归档；

8. 协助组织公司各种活动（如公司年会、员工大会，出游活动等）；

9. 协助部门领导交办的其他工作。

职位要求

1. 形象气质佳，有亲和力；

2. 行政管理或相关专业，大专以上学历；

3. 熟练使用office办公软件及自动化设备；

4. 能进行简单的英文口语交流，有良好的沟通协调及语言表达能力；

5. 工作积极主动、认真负责、勤奋好学、吃苦耐劳，有较强的服务意识，及团队合作精神；

6. 懂得办公室礼仪，有行政前台相关工作经验者优先。

ZF Commercial Vehicle Steering (Shandong) Co., Ltd. is a wholly invested subsidiary of the German ZFLS Group. The subsidiary was founded in the year 2005. Currently, around to 300 employees are working for our company. We are the biggest supplier of innovative and high-quality steering products for commercial vehicles and buses in China. ZF Commercial Vehicle Steering (Shandong) Co., Ltd., located in Jinan, is growing rapidly. To support long term and strategic business development in China, ZF-Lenksysteme Group has invested more than EUR 25 Million in the past five years and further major investments are underway. Now we are undergoing the plant extension which expected to be completed at the end of this year.
