岗位职责：
1. 负责与国内汽车电子电气制造商沟通交流，准确掌握客户需求；
2. 将客户的电子电气设计需求及时、准确地与国外合作伙伴进行沟通，共同为客户设计出符合要求的问题解决方案
3. 协调推进整个项目的任务拆分、项目计划、进度管理、品质管理；并量化评价整个开发过程。正确分析过程问题，向公司管理层负责；
4. 协调各方面资源以推进项目进度，督促国外合作伙伴按计划完成设计任务；
5. 负责对内与对外的沟通和协调工作；

任职资格：
1. 机电一体化或汽车电子等相关专业，接受过汽车电气系统设计等方面的系统培训；
2. 有一定的电气控制系统设计开发经验，熟悉汽车电控法则及汽车电子功能模块；
3. 有汽车电子或机电产品开发经验
4. 英语水平熟练，能用英语进行书面交流；
5. 具有较强的理解沟通、协调能力，有中外合作开发项目经验者优先
