Responsibility:
1 Tax
1.1 Tax compliance: to ensure tax compliance for all transactions of the company, with the guidance from HQ / tax consultant.
1.2 Tax planning /advice: provide analysis on business operation from tax perspective; advice on the opportunities for tax planning /optimization.
1.3 Tax risk management: periodically assess the tax risk of the company, with systematic approach. Provide solution and follow up its implementation.
1.4 Problem solving: manage and resolve the tax issues and provide professional interpretation to operation departments.
1.5 Exploration of tax laws and regulations: keep abreast of tax laws and regulations development and assess the influence on operation.
1.6 Provide tax update training to finance team .

2 Treasury
2.1 Rolling cash flow planning
2.2 Review all payment documents to ensure finance rules compliance.
2.3 Communicate with local and core banks

3 FX transaction
3.1 Compliance: ensure the compliance to SAFE regulations.
3.2 Guidance: provide guidance and service on the FX transactions from finance side.
3.3 Problem solving: optimize current process and design SOP of FX relevant transactions
3.4 Provide update training to finance team regarding SAFE regulations.


Required Skills:
1 Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA CTA or other equavalant professional certificate is preferred
2 Over 5 years relevant experience preferably from MNC environment. Manufacturing industry working exposure preferred but not necessary.
3 Good understanding of the tax risk management and foreign exchaneg transaction. Knowledge of Chinease Tax Law and SAFE regulations is essential
4 Experience in dealing with tax bureau, SAFE, customs and related government departments.
5 Ability to work independently and under pressure .
6 Ability to communicate in English, fluent English would be big advantage but not must.
7 Working experience with ERP.
8 Team player and work proactively.
9 Good skills in Microsoft Excel & Word
10 Most important point: high potential to improve him/herself, and has logical thinking on problem solving.
