Goals/Mission:
- Service testing, trouble shooting, assembly and documentation for the Rolling Stock group, perform project after sales service within the time, budget and quality frame on regular projects.
- Create preliminary report with technical and constructional analysis; hand over relevant documentation to after-sales service team.

- External customer contact.
- Internal personal contact
Tasks:
- Technical problem analysis (trouble shooting), including material management.
- Customer oriented service management.
- Occupational safety, health and environmental protection on site
- Collects and distributes technical experiences
- Contributes to product design
- Project management (B and sub-projects)
- Internationalization (drives products, processes, employees.)
- Performs maintenance design
- Operational interface to operating company (partnership)
- Implements standardization /process Knowledge/Languages: Rolling stock knowledge - Railway traction system and signal system - Simulation tools and data analyze - Test, Assemble, and construction - Conflict management - Moderation skills - English - Local Language
Experience:
- Initial experience in system testing, technical service desirable, site planning and organization
- 3 years project commissioning/after sales service experience at site, 1-2 years involved in a large project.
- International experience desirable
Education:
- Degree: University, major in electrical/mechanical
Language:
- English
