工作职责：

1. 全面的为市场部提供产品相关的技术支持，例如展会等活动中

2. 负责公司对外的演示、产品说明、传单，杂志、广告和网络的所有关于产品方面的内容。

3. 负责与德国总部相关人员交流，获取最新的产品和技术信息，并将产品知识传授给销售团队和客户。

4. 负责将现有的英文产品资料翻译成中文

5. 全面协助销售人员为客户提供最佳技术方案

7. 负责竞标阶段的技术支持，并负责将招标客户技术方面的需求转达给公司内部相关部门

8. 分析客户需求和行业发展趋势，收集市场竞争动态，积极反馈有价值信息

9. 协助售后服务部门，为客户提供技术问题的解决方案

资格要求：

1. 本科及以上学历，电子、自动化、暖通或仪器仪表专业

2. 至少五年以上产品管理工作经验

3. 最好有公共事业或仪表行业工作经验（如热量表、水表、燃气表或电表等）

4. 有翻译产品资料的经验

5. 熟练的英语和/或德语书写和口语能力

6. 有很好的分析能力和问题解决能力

7. 良好的沟通能力

Responsibility:

1. Give full support to Marketing Department in technical issues related to our products, for example on exhibitions

2. Responsible for all the technical information regarding our products published in presentations, brochures, leaflets, magazines, advertisements and internet ;

3. Communicate with counterparts in Germany for the latest product and technology information, and transfer the product know-how to the sales team and customers in time;

4. Translating existing technical information from English to Chinese

5. Give full support to Sales Department in working out technical proposals for customers

6. Make presentation about products and technology for authorities and customers in various events ;

7. Responsible for the technical part during bidding phase, and responsible for communicate the technical requirement of customers to the company;

8. Analyze customer demands and industrial developing trend, collect market competition information, and feedback valuable information

9. Give full support to After Sales Service Department in dealing with possible technical problems faced by the customer

Qualification:

1. Minimum university education in electronic, automation, heating supply or metering;

2. Over 5 years experience in Product management

3. Working experience in the field of utilities or metering is preferred (heat meter, water meters, gas meters, electricity meters, etc).

4. Experience with translation of technical documents

5. Excellent in written and spoken English and/or German

6. Strong analysis and problem solving skills
