Our client is a famous German-owned large industrial automation company in Jinan.

Position Title:Accounting Manager
Location:Jinan
Reports To: Chief Financial Officer
Subordinates: 7

Key Accountabilities:
Impact on Business (i.e. business contribution, nature and scope of responsibility, risk and financial management)
· Responsible for the integrity and transparency of financial data. Ensure all financial reporting obligation are met, both internal (to headquarter and managerial report) and external (to tax bureau, local government, SAFE, bank).
· Assist on the budgeting and planning process of the company, monitor the business and compare with the budget / forecast. Variance analysis and solution proposal, follow up the implementation.
· Responsible for the improvement of standard costing. Assure correct cost allocation and budget control of different departments.
· Treasury and Insurance issue. Prepare the cash flow forecast, by exchanging operating information with functional departments. Anticipate the preparation of insurances policy, to make sure all risks are covered under the dynamic business circumstance.
· Support the management to optimize the costs and efficiency, to ensure a good company financial result.
· Responsible for month end / year end closing. Ensure the appropriate booking of GL / Cost / AP / AR under Chinese GAAP.
· Responsible for tax planning and tax refund.
Innovation and Change (i.e. range and diversity of activities, problems, processes, market dynamics and management challenges that need to be recognized and resolved)
· Optimizing the processes regarding financial issues.
· Optimizing the process for tax planning and tax refund, according to the corresponding Chinese tax regulations.
Internal & External Customers / Suppliers as well as Third Parties
(i.e. nature and level of client relationship management and service delivery)
· HQ FI: Functional report to keep HQ being aware of the FI matters in GPC-JN.
· Head of Finance: assist on providing the key indexes and financial reports to management team. Give suggestions on improvements of FI situation of the company.
· Every department as well as managers within the firm: General meeting and reporting twice a month in order to exchange general information about the well-being, drawbacks, questions ... of each departments.
· Banks, SAFE, tax bureau and other financial institutions
· Customer and suppliers: Daily relationship about the payments & invoices (no negotiation).
· All other department: General support regarding financial issues.
People Leadership (i.e. management, motivation and development of staff as well as teamwork)
· Lead and direct a team of finance staff to ensure that the team's resources are used effectively and that work schedules and targets are met.
· Evaluate the staff by means of a qualification matrix, which is continuously adjusted by the demands, and create training plans in cooperation with HR to further develop the team.
Education and Experience:
· At least a Bachelor degree in Business, Accounting or Finance.
· 5 years of finance, controlling, accounting experience in foreign manufacturing company.
· Preferred, 2 years of Management experience
· language: Chinese fluent ;English, good level.
· IT skills:MS Office;SAP or other ERP.
