Job Responsibilities:
Job Overview
? Prospect and grow our business profitably and sustainably in new accounts
? Lead and be accountable for sales team performance against business plan.
? Build short and long-term execution plans for sales territory-deliver business plan results aligned with AWT strategy
? Develop and maintain key customer relationships to plant manager level at strategic accounts
? Marshal and coordinate other AWT resources to support and accelerate growth
? Foster and be accountable for team growth and career development, including succession planning
? Maintain the highest safety standards-be accountable for team safety performance
Major responsibilities:
? New Prospect Interface including selling and closing new business
? Existing Customer Interface including account retention and grow share of wallet
? Account planning, monthly sales reporting, trip reports, AR collection,
Job Requirements:
? Education background: 4-yr technical degree, pulp & paper preferred
? Minimum 5 yrs in technical sales, pulp & paper preferred
? Some English speaking / listening ability required
? Demonstrated success in technical selling, especially cold-calling and developing high-level (plant manager) customer relationships
? Quick technical learner, Strong work ethic , Excellent communication skills
